In 2008, Dr. Casey chose to pursue an intense 3 year speciality training program focusing on fixed, removable, and implant Prosthodontics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and at the Birmingham VA Medical Center concurrently. During his third year, Dr. Casey was selected by his teaching faculty to be Chief Resident of his program.
While Dr. Casey's formal education was complete, his wife Beret continued her training as a Physician and sub specialized in the field of Endocrinology. The Casey's spent the next three years in Denver where Dr. Casey worked in Private Practice treating basic dental needs to complete full mouth reconstructions. Dr. Casey also gave formal presentations on the topic of Esethetics and Implant Dentistry to dentists in his community.
While the Casey family enjoyed each new destination during their educational pursuits, Wisconsin was always tugging at their shirt tails. The Casey's along with their two sons, Liam and Nolan, returned to Wisconsin in August 2014 and are excited to call Washburn their home.
